Scramble for funds

At the press conference of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on February 2, it was mentioned that so far, the demand for infrared temperature detectors (that is, the above-mentioned infrared thermometer) has been received from all over the world, and the handheld is more than 300,000 units. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology estimates that the demand for the entire automatic infrared temperature detector is about 60,000 units, and the handheld is about 550,000 units.

Because the domestic infrared imaging market is small, there is no authoritative market share data. According to Ruichuang micro Na prospectus (registered version) shows that domestic infrared imaging enterprises mainly include Ruichuang micro Na, Aude infrared, Dali Technology and so on.

At the financial level, some institutions began to rush to raise Dalit Technology on February 3. The list information shows that on February 3, the three institutions bought a total of about 72.9 million yuan of Dalit Technology.

On February 4, two other A-share infrared imager manufacturers also began to receive financial attention. On the same day, the net inflow of Autonde Infrared and Ruichuang Weina was 94.63 million yuan and 33.96 million yuan respectively.

The key is capacity

It can be seen that the demand for infrared imagers is clear. Considering the upcoming resumption of business and school, will the orders of the above three companies increase?

On the interactive platform, some investors also asked Autonavi Infrared: "Soon students will start school and will need a large number of infrared thermometers, is your company ready?" Now schools can't even buy it, and parents are encouraged to find ways to buy it."

At present, in the context of epidemic prevention, raw material transportation and upstream parts procurement test the production capacity of the above three enterprises. In particular, Gao Dehong foreign, its headquarters and main production base are located in Wuhan.

On January 21, Autonavi's wechat public account mentioned that Huang Li, chairman of the company, said: "We will ensure that 500 to 800 body temperature screening products are completed within half a month and delivered for use!"

On February 4, the "Daily Economic News" reporter called Gao De Hong foreign production capacity, its board secretary office staff said: "The company prepared 15,000 units, is expected to reach 1,000 units per day after February 10 production capacity."    

Whether the supply of upstream parts is sufficient, the staff said: "The company's detector chip has independent intellectual property rights, and the chip reserve can fully meet the current demand." In addition, after the Wuhan epidemic, The State Council also listed the company as a production unit of epidemic prevention and control materials, and upstream enterprises responded quickly to help solve the problem of raw materials, so raw materials are sufficient."

In terms of material transportation, Autonavi Infrared said in the interactive easy platform that the relevant part has opened up a green channel for it, and the company's logistics transportation is not affected. In addition to supplying within Hubei Province, Gao Dehong even supplies outside the province. On February 3, Aude Infrared said that under the premise of meeting the needs of epidemic areas in Hubei province, the company's automatic infrared body temperature detection alarm system products accounted for more than half of the sales outside the province.   

On the issue of production capacity, on the afternoon of February 4, the reporter of the Daily Economic News also interviewed Dalit Technology. Company secretary Fan Qi told reporters: "At present, the company's daily output of infrared thermal imaging thermometer can be stabilized at about 100 units, with a monthly average of about 3,000 units, and it is planned to increase to 5,000 units after the supply chain is stable." There are two kinds of products, and the price depends on the resolution of the detector, different lenses for different scenes, and so on."

In addition, Dali Technology also said that the company's current production capacity is sufficient, can further increase production capacity according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the local provincial economy and information Technology Department has also dispatched resident cadres to the company to help the company coordinate relevant departments and suppliers to ensure the continued stability of the supply chain.

On January 21, Ruichuang Micro Na announcement said that the company's main products are infrared detectors, movement components and infrared thermal imagers, and the sales of products for human body temperature screening in previous years are relatively low, and the company is not the main sales products. The amount of orders in hand for the above products is small, which has little impact on the company's overall performance. In this regard, the reporter called Rui Chuang Weina on February 4, but has not received a reply as of press release.
