According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the nuclear energy industry promotion conference was held simultaneously in Beijing, Jinan and Rongcheng, with the theme of "New nuclear energy, new industry and new momentum", relying on the technological advantages and innovation driving forces of major national science and technology projects, and through the "government set the stage and enterprises sing the opera". It has attracted 102 enterprises from Shandong Province and from domestic and foreign energy and equipment manufacturing fields to participate in interaction, exchange and cooperation.

Nine nuclear energy innovation and excellence industry projects have been signed and listed, covering technology research and development, nuclear heating, seawater desalination, metal protection, equipment protection and other fields. The landing of these projects is a typical case of actively integrating into the domestic and international "double cycle", an innovative practice of deepening government-enterprise interaction and realizing complementary advantages, and a vivid sample of accelerating the transformation of old and new kinetic energy, which will drive the industrial upgrading of Shandong.

Among them, the nuclear energy heating project signed by the National Nuclear demonstration Power Station and the local government will play a positive role in promoting the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province. It is understood that the project in the field of domestic nuclear power will try to use advanced low-grade (low pressure, low temperature) extraction steam heating technology, the technology can make full use of the steam of the power generation turbine, reduce the heat exchange temperature difference, reduce heat loss, and then improve the heating efficiency, with high energy efficiency, high reliability of the heat source, good environmental benefits outstanding characteristics. Taking a single unit as an example, its maximum heating coverage area can reach 13 million square meters, which can reduce carbon emissions by 1.3 million tons. Compared with traditional heating methods, nuclear heating has the advantages of high safety, high efficiency, green and clean.

The nuclear electrical instrumentation equipment research and development platform jointly signed by the local government and four enterprises is expected to reach a total investment of 60 million yuan, and the technology research and development and product manufacturing to solve the problem of nuclear grade measuring instruments and other three generations of nuclear power jam will effectively fill the relevant domestic technology gaps. Taking the "large pipe diameter" ultrasonic flowmeter as an example, it is an instrument used to measure the flow of cooling water in the second circuit of the nuclear power plant, which can still maintain a high measurement accuracy in the operating environment of high pressure and large flow, and solve the problem of strong corrosion, non-conductive and radioactive flow measurement that other meters can not adapt to. It provides accurate reference data for the calculation of thermal power of nuclear power plant reactors. The development and application of the instrument will break the situation that the key nuclear power instrumentation in nuclear power plants relies on imported procurement, and improve the localization rate of China's three-generation nuclear power equipment.
