However, no matter from the processing economy or the degree of difficulty, to achieve the high symmetry of the tuning fork, it is inseparable from the precision casting process.

This is because the tuning fork material, shape, length, thickness and other parameters determine the tuning fork's natural vibration frequency, and the natural vibration frequency is an important parameter for the tuning fork level switch to detect the liquid level. Therefore, in addition to meeting the high symmetry of the tuning fork body, the precision of the tuning fork body size is also indispensable.

From the process level, the precision casting level can not guarantee that the cast parts 100% meet the production requirements of the liquid level switch.

In terms of production cost, the higher the symmetry requirement of fork castings, the higher the production cost must be.

Therefore, in the actual production process, it is necessary to join the tuning link, and with the necessary equipment to check the vibration parameters of each tuning fork. The symmetry of tuning fork body is corrected and improved by tuning, so that the tuning fork body can meet the production requirements of liquid level switch. 

It can be said that the above two points are the key to ensure the symmetry of the tuning fork level switch body, and also determine whether the tuning fork can be successfully applied to the level switch.
