The reason for this situation is mainly because the liquid medium generally does not produce steam and fog below 30-40 ° C, and it is easy to produce steam or fog beyond this temperature. The ultrasonic wave emitted by the liquid level integrated will decay once through the steam during the emission process, and it will decay once again when reflected back from the liquid level. The resulting ultrasonic signal back to the probe is weak, so it cannot be measured. Moreover, in this environment, the ultrasonic level meter probe is easy to form water droplets, which will hinder the emission and reception of ultrasonic waves.

Faced with the above situation, we can adopt the following methods to solve the problem:

1. The emission intensity increases, the integrated E+H ultrasonic level meter can adjust the emission intensity, so that it can penetrate the fog;

2. Increase the range, such as the actual pot height is 3 meters, to choose 6 meters to 9 meters of ultrasonic level meter, can reduce or weaken the impact of steam or fog on the measurement;

3. The E+H ultrasonic level meter probe is coated with silicone grease, and the condensation of the ultrasonic probe is significantly reduced after the application of silicone grease;

4. Sensor tilt installation, dew can flow down one side, to alleviate the problem of ultrasonic level meter condensation;

5. Install a constant temperature heating device on the probe of the sensor to avoid condensation;

6. The increase of filtering time can reduce the reception of secondary waves and ensure the stability of data.
