◆ Strong anti-bubble ability
Fujifilm ultrasonic flowmeters use the original advanced anti-bubble measurement method (ABM technology). The received signal is processed synchronously. In the output of 1 flow signal, up to 256 times of addition is carried out to ensure the accuracy of subsequent signal processing, and the anti-bubble ability reaches 12Vol%, which is 5 to 6 times higher than that of other imported brands of ultrasonic flowmeters, and improves the working condition adaptability of the flowmeter.

◆ New form of coupler
The coupling agent used by Fujifilm ultrasonic flowmeter is different from the silicone grease used by other domestic or imported brands of flowmeters on the market. The couplings used by Fujifilm are maintenance-free, do not require regular filling, and do not require regular maintenance. ◆ Rich output function
The flowmeter is standard with analog 4~20mA, 4 isolated contact signal output (output alarm, flow switch, cumulative flow and other signals), can be equipped with isolated internal lightning arrester RS-485 communication interface (Modbus-RTU protocol), to facilitate the user's requirements for data transmission and system function integration. The flowmeter body also has a field LED two-color operating status indicator.
◆ Excellent measuring ability
The measurement accuracy of Fujifilm ultrasonic flowmeters is better than ±1% and the response speed is up to 0.2s. It has bidirectional measurement function, and can realize automatic positive and negative double range function, which provides more flexible and rich functional design for the field. Fuji ultrasonic flowmeter can measure the outer diameter from 13mm to 6000mm metal or non-metal pipe (directly select the corresponding pipe material in the flowmeter), can measure the flow rate range from 0 to ±32m/s fluid speed.
◆ Short straight pipe distance
In the flow measurement process, turbulence is a factor that has a greater impact on the measurement. Almost all flowmeters require the distance of the straight pipe section, which is not related to the performance of the flowmeter itself. Fuji flowmeter recommends that the straight pipe section distance is not less than 10 times the upstream pipe diameter and not less than 5 times the downstream pipe diameter to reduce the impact of turbulence on measurement.
