Air conditioning energy meter is a dual energy meter, can achieve "cold", "hot" bidirectional independent measurement function, a table multi-purpose, to meet the different needs of users, suitable for water cold, heat continuous measurement, display instantaneous heat (cold), instantaneous flow, flow rate, water supply temperature, return water temperature, supply/return water accumulated heat, accumulated flow and other data. The heat meter is to install a pair of temperature 1 sensors on the upper pipe and the lower pipe through the heat carrying fluid, and the flowmeter is installed on the fluid inlet or the reflux pipe (the location of the flowmeter installation is different, the measurement results are different), the flowmeter sends out a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and a pair of temperature sensors gives an analog signal indicating the temperature level. The integrator collects the signals from the flow and temperature sensors, and uses the calculation formula to calculate the heat obtained by the heat exchange system. Compared with the household meters commonly used in the construction industry in the past - water meters, electricity meters, and gas meters, it has a more complex design and higher technical content. It is a high-tech product containing mechanical, electronic and information technology, and has been successfully applied in many fields. Air conditioning energy meter metering method:

 

1. Water pipes need to be welded and straight pipe sections are required. The installation is complicated.

 

2. If the room is rented, the water pipe needs to be changed and the table needs to be added again.

 

3. The former heat meter is mainly used for heating measurement, but it is not mature in the central air conditioning system.

 

4. Because it is necessary to measure temperature and flow rate to obtain energy value. Any parameter measurement error will lead to a larger error of the energy value. For example, the temperature difference of central air conditioning is generally only 1-2 degrees in actual use, if the temperature measurement brings an error of 0.1 degrees, then the error of the energy value can bring 10%, which has no accuracy at all.

 

5. General battery power supply, due to the humid environment, the battery quickly runs out of power and needs to be replaced. Especially for the large number of residential users, maintenance is very difficult.

 

6. Integrated design, the flow meter or temperature sensor should be changed together if it is broken, the valve should be closed before the change, and the water pressure and insulation should be tested after the change, which is difficult to operate, and the cost is high, and all the water needs to be removed.
