Problems encountered in brine flow measurement of a salt chemical company in Hunan Province
Due to changes in production capacity, the company's brine pump power increased. After the power was expanded, the flow rate of the pump became unstable and the displayed flow rate did not reach the expected value. After inspection, it was found that the brine pumping station experienced significant vibration and the replaced frequency converter caused interference. The electrode of the electromagnetic flowmeter is corroded by brine, resulting in a decrease in detection accuracy; After replacing the high-power frequency converter, electromagnetic interference caused significant fluctuations in the detection value of the electromagnetic flowmeter, and the brine flow rate could not be displayed correctly and stably.
